Love seafood? Have a passion for cooking? Here’s a chance to taste your own seafood creation served at a real seafood restaurant, without the expense or hassle of starting your own. Princeton Seafood Company is looking for exciting new recipes and is holding a monthly contest in search of the best. Each month, a winner will be selected and named “Chef of the Month.” The winner and winner’s 3 guests of choice will be treated to the chef’s own meal prepared at the restaurant. The winning meal and chef will be featured on the menu and other marketing materials.

Cookbook author, Jeannette Ferrary, will be the recipe judge. She will be looking for a recipe that uses local, in-season fish, is easy to prepare and presents well in the restaurant. The winner will also have a chance at being published in one of Ferrary’s future cookbooks and/or a cookbook produced by Princeton Seafood Company.

Ferray is a prolific cookbook author and has published such titles as “Out of the Kitchen: Adventures of a Food Writer” (http://www.danielpublishing.com/bro/ferrary.html),  “M.F.K. Fisher and Me: A Memoir of Food and Friendship,” and “A Good Day for Salad.”

The deadline for the first month’s entries is Wednesday, March 31.
Submit your original recipe via email at [email protected], mail to 9 Johnson Pier, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 or come drop it by the restaurant! Please include your full name, phone number and email address. The first month’s winner will be notified by April 15.
