Rental Wanted

I am a single mom with my 18 yr old daughter and her best friend looking for a nice place.. We would like to stay in the Half Moon bay area or as close as possible by the beach.. We are moving from Oregon and the kids will be going to school, one in college and one will finish senior yr of high school then college….We live a quiet life style and would like a 3 bdroom or a 2 bdroom with a den/family room.. must have a in unit washer dryer hook up…This will be a LONG TERM..RENT IS GUARANTEED on the first each month with direct deposit..and we do not have any objections to inspections 2 times per year for your peace of mind..We do not drink party smoke or have any bad habits..
