Sam’s Chowder House Hit By Burglaries

Why is this just now being reported? It is assumed that the Coastsider knew of the two incidents but why did they not report it? And why is the sherrif’s office witholding info? Brazen stealing of a safe is both newsworthy and scary. The public needs to know and the Coastsider has a duty to the community to report the facts.
