Sheriff seeks fugitive on the Coastside

Fugitive Christopher Diamond Campbell of Moss Beach

The Sheriff’s Office is asking the coastal communities help in locating fugitive Christopher Diamond Campbell of Moss Beach.  He is wanted on a $200,000 arrest warrant for weapon charges.  During the past week, 40 year old Campbell has been sighted in the South Coast area, specifically around La Honda.  If you have any information on Campbell’s whereabouts, you are encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 650-363-4911 or Detective Kelly Smith at 650-363-4057.

Campbell is wanted in connection with stolen goods found in a storage locker in Princeton.

The victim reported to the Sheriff’s Office that sometime between 12/17/2005 and 12/18/2005 his vehicle had been the victim of a hit and run traffic accident. The collision occurred in the 700 block of Sonora Ave. in El Granada.  The Sheriff Office reminds all drivers that if you’re involved a traffic accident, California law dictates that you must stop at the scene and exchange driver’s license and insurance information with the other driver.  If the driver cannot be found, you must leave a note with the vehicle.

The victim reported to the Sheriff’s Office that sometime between 12/18/2005 and 12/19/2005 someone spray painted derogatory comments on his water tanks.  The victim estimated the damage to be about $50.00.

Warrant Arrest / Narcotics Arrest – 11350 H&S, 11377a H&S

Unincorporated San Mateo County, #05-7061
Deputies arrested 36 year old Jaime Carrillo on an outstanding arrest warrant at his home in Unincorporated San Mateo County.  A search incident to his arrest revealed Carrillo was in possession of cocaine and crystal meth.  He was booked into the SMCO jail.

DUI Arrest – 23152a CVC

Unincorporated San Mateo, 05-7087
Deputies were investigation a matter in the 600 block of Lancaster in Unincorporated San Mateo County, when 54 year old [name withheld] drove up in his white Ford truck.  The diligent Deputies determined that he was driving while under the influence of alcohol.  He was arrest and booked into the SMCO jail.

The victim reported to the Sheriff’s Office that someone stole her purse while she was socializing at the Harbor Bar.  The Sheriff Office reminds everyone to keep an eye on your possessions, especially during the holiday season.  Thieves are always on the lookout for unattended property.

Deputies found 43 year old [name withheld] lying underneath a parked car in a puddle of water. [name withheld]told the deputies he was walking home. He was found to be extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested for being drunk in public and taken to First Chance so he could sober up.

DUI Arrest – 23152a CVC

Unincorporated San Mateo County, #05-7143
Deputies stopped 30 year old [name withheld] on Etheldore and Marine Blvd for a traffic violation.  The deputies determined that [name withheld]was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to First Chance.
