Public Intoxication Arrest – 647f PC (Misdemeanor)

Moss Beach, Case# 06-2126
Man, 46 of Montara was arrested for public intoxication.  He was discovered by deputies stumbling along Airport Blvd in Moss Beach.  He was intoxicated to the point where he was unable to care for his own safety.  He was arrested and booked into the SMCO Jail in Redwood City.

Domestic Violence Arrest – 273.5 PC (Felony)

Moss Beach, Case# 06-2132
Man, 22 of Moss Beach was arrested for Domestic Violence.  Deputies were called to the Pillar Ridge trailer park to investigate a report of a domestic violence.  The subsequent investigation revealed he had battered his estranged girlfriend.  He was arrested on his boat at Pillar Point Harbor.  He was booked into the SMCO jail in Redwood City.

Public Intoxication Arrest - 647f PC (Misdemeanor)

El Granada, Case# 06-2195
Man, 20 of El Granada was arrested for public intoxication.  Deputies were called to the 500 block of The Alameda, on the report of a loud party.  They encountered him who was intoxicated to point where he was unable to care for his own safety.  He was arrested and booked into the SMCO jail in Redwood City.

Possession of Marijuana Arrest – 11357 H&S (Misdemeanor)
04/15/2006 – 6:10pm
Pillar Point Harbor, Case# 06-2229
Man, 23 of Princeton was arrested for possession of marijuana.  Deputies contacted him at the Pillar Point harbor.  He shared with them that he had marijuana in his pocket.  A subsequent search revealed he had over 30 grams of marijuana.  He was arrested and released on a citation.

Warrant Arrest – (Misdemeanor)

Pescadero State Beach, Case# 06-2189
Man, 24 of East Palo Alto was arrested on an outstanding warrant.  He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by deputies.  A subsequent investigation revealed he had a $5000.00 warrant for his arrest.  He was arrested and booked into the SMCO jail in Redwood City.

Assault and Battery

La Honda, Case# 06-2212
The victim reported to the Sheriff’s Office that her sister, 24 of San Bruno, punched her in the face.  The case was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau for further investigation.

Drunk Driving and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon - 23152a VC / 12020 PC (Felony)

La Honda, Case# 06-2234
Man, 30 of La Honda was arrested for drunk driving and possession of a dangerous weapon.  He was stopped for speeding.  The subsequent investigation by the CHP lead to his arrest for drunk driving.  A search of his car revealed a machete concealed under the driver’s seat.  He was booked into the SMCO jail in Redwood City. This is not the man arrested for attempted murder by machete in La Honda.
