Between Sep. 1, and Oct. 6, 2005 the victim thought they had misplaced their cell phone, but was confident it would show up at some point. Unfortunately, they did not realize it had been stolen, not lost, until they received a cell phone bill for $1019.

On the date and time Deputies were sent to a local restaurant, on Pescadero Road, on a report of 10 men fighting in the street. While in route, the fight moved down the block to a home. When the Deputies arrived the fight was over, and they made contact with the victim, who had serious injuries to his face. The victim was struck several times in the face and body. He received several facial fractures; one fracture was to the sinus cavity, located in front of his forehead, which was leaking air into his brain. Two men were taken into custody for the attack, and transported to the San Mateo County Jail.

Deputies responded to a landlord vs. tenant dispute on Higgins Purisma Road, unincorporated San Mateo County. While on scene a record check revealed that suspect, age 36, had a $10,000 warrant for his arrest. The charge was 288.2(a) PC. Harmful matter sent with the intent of seduction of a minor, also 653m (a) PC, telephone call with the intent to annoy. The suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to San Mateo County Jail.
