A motorized chair and a tool box stolen in El Granada the same day, dine & dash suspects from the Miramar Beach Restaurant apprehended nearby, a warrant arrest in Moss Beach, and a burglary at Pescadero High School:

Sometime between 1600 hours on 06/02/2011 and 0715 hours on 06/03/2011, an unknown suspect(s) entered one of the classrooms at Pescadero High School through a broken window and removed a laptop and a digital camera.  Sometime during the same time frame, an unknown suspect forcibly opened the pad-locked door to a school storage area and removed 5 cases of various soft drinks. Total estimated loss during the incident is approximately $1900.

350 Butano Cut Off, Pescadero

500 Block of The Alameda, El Granada
Sometime between 1400 hours on 06-02-11 and 1630 hours on 06/03/11, unknown suspect(s) stole a motorized chair from the front driveway of a residence on The Alameda.  The value of the chair is about $3,000.

06/03/11 @ 0600 hours
700 block of Avenue Cabrillo, El Granada
Sometime between 1700 hours on 06-02-11 and 0600 hours on 06/03/11, unknown suspect(s) stole a tool box from the back of a truck parked in front of 730 Avenue Cabrillo.  The estimated value of the tool box and tools inside of it is about $925.00.

06/06/11 @ 2135 hours
100 block of Mirada Road, Miramar
On 6-6-11, Deputies responded to the Miramar Beach Restaurant on a report of a “dine and dash.”  The reporting party provided Deputies with a description of the suspects and a short time later the suspects were located.  The reporting party positively identified the suspects and signed a citizen’s arrest form.  The two suspects were placed under arrest for PC 647(f)- Public intoxication and PC 537(a)(1)- Defrauding an innkeeper. The two suspects were then transported to the San Mateo County Jail where they were booked into custody without incident.

06/06/11 @ 1721 hours
100 block of Corona Street, Moss Beach
A subject called County Dispatch to tell them that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and he wanted to be picked up and taken to jail. He was contacted, the warrant was confirmed and he was arrested and transported to the county jail.
