DUI, public intoxication, ID theft, and this:

Deputies received a call of a possible kidnapping and rape. Deputies contacted the victim who told them that she was kidnapped in San Francisco and taken to the area of Higgins Purisma Creek Road. The male subjects then stopped and told her to get out of the vehicle. She ran from the area and flagged down a passing vehicle who called 9-1-1. She had scrapes and abrasions and was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment. San Francisco PD was contacted and responded to take over the investigation since it started in their jurisdiction.

 

DUI
04/12/11 @ 2248 hours
Cabrillo Hwy / Pescadero Creek Road
Deputies made a traffic stop and contacted the driver. They could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver. The driver said that he was coming form the “Marina” and claimed that he did not drink any alcoholic beverages. Field sobriety tests were conducted and failed. The driver was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Public Intoxication
04/14/11 @ 1647 hours
200 block of Capistrano Road, Princeton
Deputies responded to a report of a female adult asleep on a bench in the middle of the shopping mall area. They recognized the female from previous contacts and numerous arrests for Public Intoxication.  Deputies asked the female to stand up and walk out of the mall area with them. The female was unable to maintain her balance and could not take care of herself due to her high level of intoxication. She was arrested and taken to the county jail.

ID Theft
04/14/11 @ 1749 hours
11000 block of La Honda Road, La Honda
The victim was contacted by her bank and told that her credit card may have been used fraudulently at a Target store in San Jose. The victim had never been to that store. She had her card with her and did not know how her ID could have been compromised.

04/19/11 @ 0210 hours
Johnson Pier, Princeton
Deputies contacted the driver of a black Cadillac and found that the driver was using the vehicle as a Taxi service. The vehicle did not have a meter or any signage indicating that it was a valid Taxi service. The driver could not provide proof of insurance or any documents indicating that this was a valid Taxi service yet she was charging a fee for the service. She was cited for operating a Taxi without a permit.
