Auto burglaries at Gazos State Beach and Pigeon Point Road, neighbors in dispute in Moss Beach, vandals break a home’s window in El Granada, vandals slash tires one car and dent another in Moss Beach, cars are vandalized in Moonridge, license plates stolen at Butano fire trail in Pescadero, a home is burglarized in Moss Beach, and this:

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a woman being thrown from a moving vehicle. Deputies contacted the female. She told the Deputies that she did not like the way the driver was driving so she jumped out of the vehicle. She was intoxicated and refused to tell the Deputies who the driver was or answer any of their questions. She was unable to care for her self and taken to a local hospital for medical attention and evaluation.

5700 Cabrillo Hwy, Pescadero
Unknown subjects smashed the passenger side window to the victim’s vehicle while it was parked at Gazos State Beach. Various items were stolen. The estimated loss is $2700.

800 block of Tierra Alta St., Moss Beach
Deputies were dispatched to an on going neighbor dispute. Both neighbors were contacted and they told the Deputies of various incidents concerning their dispute. These ranged from property lines, litter and trash, noise and dogs. Both neighbors agreed to try to keep things peaceful and civil.

300 block of Ranch Road, Pescadero
Deputies were dispatched to a report of a woman being thrown from a moving vehicle. Deputies contacted the female. Probation Violation
12/23/10 @ 1230 hours
Etheldore St. / Terrace Ave., Moss Beach
Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle. The two occupants were found to be on probation with search and seizure. They were in possession of drugs and weapons. Both were arrested.

Vandalism
12/23/10 @ 1923 hours
200 block of Avenue Balboa, El Granada
On 12/23/10, at approximately 1923 hours, unknown suspect(s) threw a golf ball at a residence located on Avenue Balboa in El Granada   The ball struck a double pane bedroom window shattering the outer glass.  The victim estimated the damage at approximately $400.00.  There are no suspect leads at this time.

Vandalism
12/24/10 @ 0625 hours
Oleander Way, Moonridge
Two vehicles parked at the Moonridge Housing Complex had their windows smashed by cement blocks between approximately 0200 hrs. and 0625 hrs. on 12-24-2010.  No suspects were seen or heard.

Theft
12/24/10 @ 1500 hours
200 block of Stage Road, Pescadero
Sometime between 1500 hours on 12/23/10 and 0830 hours on 12/24/10, unknown suspect(s) took the front and rear California license plates from the victim’s vehicle while it was parked at the Butano fire trail on Cloverdale Road near Pescadero.

Auto Burglary
12/24/10 @ 0900 hours
Pigeon Point Road
On 12-23-10 to 12-24-10 between 2100 hours and 900 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed the driver’s side window of the victim’s auto to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole a backpack, laptop computer a GPS device and a woman’s wallet from the front passenger seat. There are no witnesses or further leads. 

Drugs
12/26/10 @ 2143 hours
100 block of Beach Way, Moss Beach
Three subjects were contacted in the parking lot of the Moss Beach Distillery restaurant.  One subject had the odor of marijuana emitting from his person.  He had possession of a ceramic pipe on his person, which he stated he personally used to smoke marijuana.  The pipe had residue in it and had the odor of marijuana.  He also claimed possession of a clear bag on the ground next to his person which contained under an ounce of marijuana and another ceramic pipe with a small amount of marijuana inside of it.

200 block of California Ave., Moss Beach
Deputies were dispatched to a vandalism that had just occurred. The reporting party told Deputies that unknown subjects punctured two of his tires. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of his home. Deputies checked the neighborhood but were unable to locate any suspects.

12/27/10 @ 0930 hours
300 block of Nevada St., Moss Beach
Unknown suspects dented and scratched the passenger side doors of the victim’s vehicle. The victim estimated that damage to be $4000.

DUI
12/27/10 @ 1610 hours
Cabrillo Hwy / Vermont Ave., Moss Beach
Deputies were dispatched to a report of a possible drunk driver. The driver was described as an adult male, short hair and drinking Budweiser beer. The vehicle was located and stopped. Deputies observed several empty Budweiser bottles in the vehicle. They asked the driver how much he had to drink and he replied “too much.” Field Sobriety tests were conducted and failed. The driver was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Residential Burglary
12/28/10 @ 1600 hours
2000 block of Vallemar St., Moss Beach
Between 11/25/2010 and 12/272010 at approximately 1600 hours, a resident of Vallemar St. was the victim of a residential burglary. Unknown suspects entered the victim’s home and stole a flat panel television and a pair of binoculars. The victim estimated the loss at $750.

Note-
Deputies also responded to numerous calls for trees down, power lines down, mud/rock slides.
