Sheriff’s report: Feb 23
Driving without a license, but the intent to get one; warrant arrests in Moss Beach and Princeton, a stolen care at McNee Ranch; and this incident over unleashed dogs:
A female subject contacted the Harbor Master who then contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report a battery. She told the Deputies that she was walking her dog when a male subject and his two dogs that were not on leash approached her. She asked the male to leash his dogs they argued and he slugged her in the face. There were no witnesses to this incident.

Miramontes Point Road
Deputies made a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing it speeding and passing another vehicle on a blind curve. The driver told Deputies she did not have a driver’s license but was in the process of getting one. The vehicle was towed.
Warrant Arrest
02/17/11 @ 1628 hours
100 block of Culebra St., Moss Beach
Deputies attempted to serve a warrant at the listed address. They contacted the subject at his home, confirmed the warrant then arrested him and took him to the county jail.
Battery

Johnson Pier, Princeton

Vehicle Stolen
02/20/11 @ 1000 hours
Cabrillo Highway
Deputies were contacted by a male who told them that he had parked and locked his vehicle before hiking at McNee Ranch. He returned to find his vehicle gone. He accounted for all of the keys and did not know who may have taken the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the stolen vehicle database.
Warrant Arrest

Johnson Pier, Princeton
Deputies contacted a female subject to serve an arrest warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken to the county jail.
