Public intoxication, warrant arrest and meth possession, and public intoxication with a sort of weapon:

Deputies responded to the report of a man with a gun.  After further investigation, they learned the suspect had brandished a BB gun in front of one victim.  The victim believed the gun was real and retreated to her residence.  Suspect, Age 21, then walked into a second victim’s yard while he had the BB gun inside his backpack.  The second victim confronted suspect inside his backyard and removed the gun from suspect’s backpack.  Suspect walked away and was later located by Sheriff’s Deputies.  Deputies determined that suspect was heavily intoxicated while in public. suspect was booked into the county jail.

On 7-31-11, suspect, 29 was found in the front yard of a residence on The Alameda.  He displayed signs of being under the influence of alcohol.  Trayer had red, watery eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet.  Due to his level of intoxication, suspect was placed under arrest for PC 647(f)/849(b)(2)- Public intoxication/release when sober.

On Monday, 8/1/2011, at approximately 0705 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the corner of La Honda Road and Stage Road in Unincorporated San Mateo County on the report of a disturbance involving a garbage truck versus Honda Civic.  The reporting party stated he was holding down the subject who attacked him and the suspect, age 39, appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

On 08-02-2011, at approximately 0847 hours, a subject, Age 57, was contacted during a probation search of his residence located on California Street in Moss Beach.  Prior to conducting a probation search of his residence, a records check through County Communications produced a warrant for his arrest.
While conducting a probation search of his room, a small clear zip lock bag containing crystal methamphetamines and a used glass pipe, which is commonly utilized to ingest methamphetamines, was located in his room. This is a violation of H&S 11377(a) - possession of a controlled substance and H&S 11364(a) - possession of drug paraphernalia.
