Surfer unharmed after shark attack at Mavericks

A shark knocked a surfer off his board, which wound up with a shark tooth embeded in it, at Mavericks off Pillar Point Harbor at 5pm Wednesday, reports KTVU.  This is the first shark attack at Mavericks in three years, and authorities are deciding whether to close the beach.
