Tour de Observación de Naturaleza Bilingüe

The Coastside Land Trust presenta un tour de observación este Sábado. Venga a aprender sobre las plantas y vide silvestre de la zona del estero Pilarcitos al lado de Safeway. Traiga zapatos para caminata. Si los tiene, traiga binoculares. Adecuado para familias. Entrada es gratis. Reunirse en frente de Safeway.  
 
Bilingual Nature Tour, Saturday July 18th at 1 pm

The Coastside Land Trust presents another in its series of nature tours; this one a bilingual event. Local resident and birder extraordinaire, Alvaro Jaramillo, will lead the tour in English and Spanish.  

The tour will meander through the Pilarcitos Creek area near Safeway. Native plant expert, Toni Corelli, will identify native plants along the way as participants enjoy this lush area, hearing bird calls and looking for wildlife.  

The event is suitable for families. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers and bring binoculars, if available. (The Coastside Land Trust is also looking for donations of binoculars.)  
Meet in front of Safeway at 1:00. The event is free and light refreshments will be served.
