Sharp Park Golf Course, located in Pacifica but owned and operated by San Francisco, is also home to the California red-legged frog and the San Francisco garter snake. San Francisco is considering closing the course and incorporating the land into the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

Join Brent Plater, Director of restoresharppark.org, and Dr. Carlos
Davidson, Director of the Environmental Studies Program at San Francisco State University, to learn about the biology and ecology of the restoration proposal, and how Sharp Park can become a community-centered model for outdoor recreation and endangered
species recovery including native plant habitat.

This program is presented by the California Native Plant Society.
