Video: Understanding the changes to the Coastside PEG TV contract

I was interviewed by Ian Butler for his show "Wavelength" on PCT-26 in Pacifica about how PCT came to be recommended to take over the Coastside PEG (public, educational, and governmental) TV contract currently held by MCTV. It was taped on Friday, April 8. It would be great to have a show like this on the Coastside, but no one I've talked to knows when MCTV last produced something in their studio.
