Does anyone know when Raman’s new chai place will open?  Waiting for my next chai! :-)

THanks - I know where it is, looking for when he is going to open.

So, I stopped by the shop myself on Friday to see how things were going.  He told me that they are almost done and should open next week sometime (late I would assume).  They are just waiting on permits, inspections, etc for next week then they can open.  Yay!

Thank god, for I have a serious jones to quench.  Hey, did he happen to mention maintaining his “Cash Only” stance?  =]

Nope… I always paid cash so never noticed.  :-)

RAM’s is OPEN

Stopped by on Saturday with my Daughter Fiz. Still doing some renovation but he was open for business.

The Chai was great. Fiz says so was the hot chocolate.

The big news (I heard but did not try) was that he was taking a more flexible stance on custom Chai orders.

Closed and still working on the place when we tried last Saturday, but FULLY OPEN when one of us went in today (Wed., 6/4). Not to be overlooked in the crazed chai rave are Raman’s espresso drinks, coffee, and coffee beans. This will change my route through HMB and provide a reason for stopping.
